ANCIEN Sixth Workshop in Istanbul

At the final ANCIEN workshop held May 3-4 in Istanbul, partners reviewed the performance assessment of long-term care systems in the EU. A half-day session was reserved for discussions with the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Family and Social Policies about long-term care practices in Turkey as well as key ANCIEN methodologies and results. An interactive discussion among Turkish ministerial officials and ANCIEN partners enabled them to learn best practices from each other.
